a man's dilemma

ben
At the age of 30, a man of good reputation faces two different circumstances, and he needs to choose one the soonest possible time. He is like in front of a two-way road where he has to choose only to tread on.

First, he is bound to settle in Canada to work as a missionary. He has this sure job that awaits him at any time sooner. He has many relatives residing in the area, thus, it is easier for him to adapt to the environment and culture. He can get a green card after two years with the consent or grant of the immigration in Canada provided that he'll have performed well on his job and on his adopted citizenship in Canada. He could study more after.

Second, he is also the opportunity to find his luck in love in New Zealand. His girlfriend waits for him in the said country. He has no job yet but he could stay in his gilfriend's apartment. He doesn't have any assurance that he could stay there for a long time since he has to get only a tourist visa. He has to pursue this woman of his dream or time and place will tear them apart. If he doesn't move fast, the woman may tarry.

He has to choose only one. Which option is better?
